The judging will be on most creative/original costume.

1: Horse costume alone

2: Rider costume alone

3: The combo costume

1: Horse and rider, (must be riding the horse) 

2: Horse in costume (on leadline)

1 ribbon for best infant to 10 yrs old, 

1 ribbon for best 11 to 20

1 free beer for 21 to almost dead, they can trade it for a ribbon to whoever is willing to give up one of their own ribbons for a beer.
